Hillview Farms is owned and operated by Blake and Carrie Fohl. Situated on over 500 acres of owned and rented land in southern Williamson County, we produce high quality all natural beef, corn, wheat and hay.

With passion and respect, Hillview Farms strives to be good stewards of the land which produces all the products we make. We will produce the highest quality all natural beef to promote good health at fair prices. We show respect daily to our family, friends, customers, business partners and most importantly our land and animals.

Our Method
We raise cattle the way they were designed to be raised. Cattle are herbivores and were created by God to eat grass. Our cattle are raised on lush pastures of grass and legumes. Cattle are rotated between pastures to reduce disease and parasites, and to stimulate grass growth and reduce erosion. We vaccinate and de-worm our cattle, but use no antibiotics, hormones, steroids, and we do not feed any animal by-products or animal fats. Our cattle are finished on pasture not in feed lots. We do supplement our cattle with our home grown corn and minerals.
